Annual overview.

Acceptance of the last annual general meeting, held on 18 November 2021 (here​).

ANNUAL ACCOUNTS

To consider the financial statements and report of the Directors and Auditor for the year ended 30 June 2021.

RESULTS OF DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT/S

To acknowledge returning Directors and the appointment of new Director/s in accordance with the Company's Constitution.

OTHER BUSINESS

Any other business that may be brought forward at a general meeting in accordance with the Constitution.
